Signatone Probe Station

The probe station tests the large majority of all bonds performed at our facility. Its ultra-fine probing capabilities allow us to do 4-point resistance measurements to a precision of 1 mΩ (important because contact resistance varies greatly). We have several types of tips available for use: tungsten (for every-day measurements), Kelvin tips (for very small spaces), and feather tips (for delicate probing).
